Reviews and Ratings
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, finding the historic setting charming and the breakfast buffet to be one of the best I've experienced. While the room was spacious and clean, it could use a bit more character. Additionally, navigating through the hotel to reach my room was a bit cumbersome, and there were a few service hiccups during dinner. Overall, a good experience, but some details could improve.
I had a lovely time at the hotel with its stunning building and beautiful grounds. The rooms were spacious, and I really enjoyed my time at the spa, although a few maintenance issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but there were some missing condiments that disappointed me. Overall, while the staff did their best, some areas could use a bit of attention.
I had an experience that left me very disappointed. The facilities were not up to standard, especially for a spa, with issues like dribbling showers and lack of cleanliness in the changing area. On the plus side, the staff at the spa were kind, but the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing due to constant interruptions during treatments. It was hard to enjoy the day when basic amenities were lacking, and customer service could really use some improvement.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the spa facilities and pool area were enjoyable and clean, the dining experience and reception left much to be desired. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but we encountered issues with unpleasant odors that detracted from the overall quality. It's a shame because the setting is beautiful, and the potential for a wonderful stay is there.
My stay at Dunkenhalgh was disappointing overall. The staff were friendly and eager to help, but the hotel itself seemed neglected and in need of updating. The food quality and dining experience left a lot to be desired, although the breakfast had its moments. The room was uncomfortable, plagued by a foul odor and poor cleanliness, making it hard to relax fully.
