the hotel itself was quite nice overall. the room was nice and neat. the staff members were really good. they went out of their way to.
the walk to my room felt a little long.

the staff was very helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. priya at the front desk efficiently arranged transport. mal in the bar thoughtfully sorted out food before official serving time, meeting our needs before visiting hours.

I was really impressed by the prompt service i received at check-in. The staff member was attentive. the room itself was spacious and well-kept, and offered a comfortable stay for the duration. i did like the modern bathroom.
The spa was fully booked when i tried to make a reservation. I wish i'd known to book in advance.

i was greeted warmly at the reception and even got complimentary access to the spa facilities. The staff asked about my day. i also enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. i had a comfy sleep in a bed.
